Terms of Trade

We reserve the right to decline a purchase. Products collected directly from us must be paid for in store or collected by credit card holder with presentation of ID. Adequate personal details must be provided to us for purchase approval. We only ship goods to legitimate work or residential addresses. Signature is required upon receipt.

Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Flybuys, Q Card and Farmers Cards (in store only) We do not accept multiple credit cards for payment. Some cards are subject to limited transactions.

Debit Card
We accept most debit cards in store

Eftpos
Eftpos is available in store.

Direct Credit
Direct bank transfers can be made in New Zealand to NATIONAL BANK 06-0293-0102501-00.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. This includes any accessories or software that may be included. All purchases from the Albany Kodak Express website are subject to New Zealand Consumer Rights Laws. Prices displayed on Albany Kodak Express website are in New Zealand dollars. Prices may not include delivery charges. Prices are subject to change by us. We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints and have no responsibility if Products or the Service are unavailable from Albany Kodak Express.

 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products or services through our website, we will ask you to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, payment and other information. Any such information will be treated as described in our Privacy Policy. All information that you provide to us or our third party payment processor must be accurate, current and complete. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED TO INITIATE ANY TRANSACTION. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. Verification of information applicable to a purchase may be required prior to our acceptance of any order.


Delivery

We will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your order to you within five-seven (5-7) business days from receipt of your order and payment. Where you request for your order to be delivered to a non metropolitan, remote or international address, your order may take greater than five - seven (5-7) business days to be delivered to you. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by New Zealand Post or any other third party that we, or our third party service provider, may engage to deliver the Products to you. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We do advise insuring your parcel so that if goods are damaged or lost in transit then a refund, credit or exchange can be arranged according to mutual agreement. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Please contact us if you require information on insurance for the delivery of your product.


Returns

Where your Order is received by you damaged, you must immediately contact Albany Kodak Express and quote your Order number (as shown on your invoice). At our sole discretion, we may ask you to return the Product to us in its original packaging (if possible) together with a copy of your Order and we may require you to provide proof of your identity. We will not be liable if the damage, defect or fault arose as a result of misuse, neglect or mishandling of the Product by you or if you made a wrong decision. If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that any Product was not genuinely damaged on arrival or faulty in its manufacture, we will return the Product to you at your cost. We will otherwise, at our discretion, replace the Product or refund any monies paid by you to us. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives customers the right to a repair, replacement or refund if goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty.


Warranties & Repairs

Items sold by Albany Kodak Express are warranted by the manufacturer. You may return the product to Albany Kodak Express or to the manufacturer (with proof of purchase) any item(s) needing repair. Please contact us if you need any clarification on your purchase(s) repair.
